Become a Partnering Member. A Partnering Member of the SouthWest Electrical Training Center is an employer who recognizes the value of an educated workforce and who knows that training is directly related to increased safety, superior job performance, quality workmanship, and overall customer satisfaction. What are the benefits of becoming a Partnering Member? Your company will receive notification of students that are unemployed and are seeking employment. Why not hire a student who is already in training? Your company will receive advanced registration forms prior to the general public announcements for upcoming classes. Your company will be recognized on the swetc.org web page. What is the cost? There is no cost to you in becoming a Partnering Member. The only requirement is that you have at least one employee enrolled in the apprenticeship program.
